Community Garden Groundbreaking

April 27 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Join us in cultivating community and compassion! We’re thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our new community garden, a collaborative effort with our neighbors at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for a flourishing space, installing a fence, garden boxes, and storage, and establishing pathways to the garden – all while enriching our soil with mulch and hope.

Roll up your sleeves and make a difference! Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or new to the soil, there’s a place for you. Come dressed ready to work outdoors, and let’s create something beautiful together.

Our harvest will nourish local veterans. We’re proud to partner with Cook for VETS, a vital nonprofit providing free meals to those who served. Founder LJ Raspler will join us at the groundbreaking, sharing her inspiring vision and helping us kickstart this meaningful endeavor.

This is just the beginning! We’ll be planting on May 18th, and hope you’ll join us again as we watch our garden—and our community—grow.
